| Applications |
Formalin
Formalin is mainly used as a raw
material in formaldehyde resins such as urea formaldehyde, melamine
formaldehyde and phenol formaldehyde resins. Formalin also finds
its usage in corpse preservative and disinfectant.
Urea Formaldehyde
Resin
UF resin is used as an adhesive in
wood-based panels such as plywood, blockboard, particleboard and
medium-density-fibreboard for interior applications.
Melamine Formaldehyde
Resin
MF resin is used as an adhesive in
wood-based panels such as plywood, blockboard, particleboard and
medium-density-fibreboard for high-moisture resistant
applications.
Phenol Formaldehyde
Resin
PF resin is used as an adhesive in
wood-based panels such as plywood, particleboard and medium-density
fibreboard for weather resistant applications.
Polyvinyl Acetate
Homopolymer
PVAc is a multipurpose homopolymer
adhesive developed specifically for wood working, paper lamination,
textile finishing, etc.
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
Copolymer
EVAc is an EVA based adhesive
specifically used for laminating PVC material to particleboard and
varnish / coated carton.
Vinyl
Acrylic
Vinyl acrylic is a Vinyl-acrylic
copolymer developed specifically for interior-exterior flat and
gloss wall paint.
Vinyl Veova
Vinyl Veova is a Vinyl-Veova
copolymer designed for making roof paint and wall paint
(water-based), that requires properties such as alkali and water
resistance.
