| Reports of flooding have yet again
surfaced in the news and now it has hit Jakarta, Indonesia. Overnight
downpours sent storm waters coursing back into some low-lying areas,
which has killed at least 30 people and made almost 298,000 people
homeless. Dovechem GHR, in her true spirit of ‘Caring For All’, organized a donation drive on February 7, 2007 within the Dovechem Group of Companies. The collection from employees within the Group with a further topped-up by Dovechem Group totaled to RM12,000. This time around and the money collected were channeled to Dovechem Indonesia employees who are affected by the disaster to help ease their misery. Our Group CEO, Dato’ Andrew Ng was present to hand over the contributions to the effected flood victims. |
